Ecuador has always grown some of the world’s finest cacao — the legendary Fino de Aroma beans that inspired the European chocolate tradition itself. Yet for generations, the spotlight has shone elsewhere. The farmers, the soil, and the flavor that started it all have been treated as footnotes in someone else’s story.
We’re here to change that. Auserman is Ecuadorian-owned and we make our chocolate in the land where it was grown and domesticated.
This chocolate didn’t need to be colonized or conquered to exist — it was born of heritage, of land, of a God-given gift. Rooted in volcanic soil and kissed by the equatorial sun, it carries the depth, pride, and character of its origin.
Our chocolate is not a copy of Europe’s idea of excellence — it’s the original. Crafted where cacao is born and fermented with obsessive care, we create bars that restore chocolate to its roots: complex, floral, and unapologetically Ecuadorian.
